Deltatre is a global leader in the field of digital media. Since 2009, mm sports has been working intensively with Deltatre on the business development of the Deltatre Group and on a large number of joint projects and customers. Particularly noteworthy is the successful development of the sports data business and officiating (VAR) from the acquisition of Cairos/Impire AG in 2013 to today’s globally active Sportec Solutions AG as a joint venture between Deltatre and the DFL (German Football League):

Market entry and development of the German-speaking market for Deltatre:

• Management of the acquisition of Cairos/Impire AG (change of name to Deltatre AG)
• Change management, integration into the group and business development for Deltatre AG
• Development of the conceptual basis and the business model, as well as support for the founding of Sportec Solutions GmbH in 2016 as a joint venture between DFL/Sportcast and Deltatre AG
• Supporting the merger of Deltatre AG and Sportec Solutions GmbH to form today’s Sportec Solutions AG (as a joint venture between Deltatre and DFL) in 2020
• Stefan Schuster has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Sportec Solutions since 2016 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2020
