UEFA GROW eFootball Workshops & Webinars

The promotion and development of football throughout Europe is one of the most important tasks of UEFA and its 55 member associations. Among other things, eFootball is also a central theme which should contribute to the development of the football ecosystem.

mm sports was commissioned to support European national associations in eFootball related matters in the form of a workshop format tailored to the needs of the associations as part of the UEFA GROW programme. In particular, the aim was a) to create a general understanding of eFootball among senior executives and b) to provide a development framework to support the associations’ strategy development process.

We conducted individual workshops and supported the national associations on the way to their eFootball strategy. The successful workshop format was extended by a series of webinars with 167 participants from 37 associations in Europe.
