UEFA EURO 2024™ in Germany

For the UEFA EURO 2024™ in Germany, UEFA and the DFB have founded a joint venture (EURO 2024 GmbH), which was among other things responsible for Venue Operations, Security, Mobility, Fan Zones and the relations with the national and local authorities. mm sports mainly supported UEFA and the DFB in implementing UEFA EURO 2024 in the 10 Host Cities, including:

• Strategy and concept for the Host City Programme for UEFA EURO 2024™
• Co-creation and negotiation of all relevant project documents (Host City Programme, Host City Concept Briefings, agreements related to the projects Fan Zones, Volunteer Programme and Host City Rights)
• Support for Host Cities in implementing their Host City rights and review of the Host City Concepts
• Support in negotiations and project implementation with all local stakeholders (including the German federal government)
