Successful start to the FIFA Fan Fest™ on Sunday: around 25,000 people visited Moscow’s FIFA Fan Fest™ on its opening day, 10th of June, when fans were thrilled by the vibrant music line-up and the presence of French FIFA World Cup™ champion Marcel Desailly and Russia’s all-time top scorer Aleksandr Kerzhakov.
The first edition of SportsInnovation took place in Düsseldorf at the beginning of May and provided an exciting insight into the relevant sports technologies and their future development. The two-day event was organized by Messe Düsseldorf in partnership with the DFL. In addition to the conceptual cooperation, mm sports was also operationally represented with a project management team for the gold sponsor deltatre and supported its successful overall appearance.
mm sports has successfully consulted the German Basketball League easyCredit BBL on their media rights extension with Deutschen Telekom. The existing agreement with Deutsche Telekom has been extended by another 5 years up to the 2022/2023 season. This includes all games of the German League, the German Cup and the ALLSTAR Day.
We welcome Nikolaus “Mini” Karpf, who as of May 2018 will join the mm sports team as Unit Director. In addition to leading conceptional consulting projects, he will be primarily responsible for sales, thus completing the management team perfectly alongside the long-serving Unit Heads Daniel Koch and Daniel Battistel.
