CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2 2026 returns to Düsseldorf!
Tickets on sale from Thursday!
Düsseldorf, April 21 2026 – Following a highly successful debut featuring world-class sport, spectacular finals, and enthusiastic fans, the CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2 will return to CASTELLO Düsseldorf from October 4–11, 2026. As part of the prestigious Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour, the tournament will once again bring the world’s elite players to Germany.
The inaugural event in September 2025 set a strong benchmark: in front of more than 5,000 spectators during finals weekend, the world’s top-ranked pairs competed in both the men’s and women’s draw. Spectacular matches—including one of the longest women’s finals in tour history—combined with fan activations and sponsor experiences made the event a true milestone for padel in Germany.
Since then, the momentum around padel in Germany has grown significantly: new facilities are being developed, the number of active players continues to rise, and interest from media, partners, and fans is increasing steadily. The CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2 2026 will further drive this development and strengthen Germany’s position as an emerging Padel market in Europe.
“The premiere last year clearly demonstrated the potential of Padel in Germany—both from a sporting perspective and as an event format. For 2026, we will do everything possible to deliver a tournament that builds on this strong debut and further enhances the experience for fans, players, and partners,” said Dani Battistel, Tournament Director and Managing Director of mm sports padel.
“We are exceptionally pleased to have the CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2 in Düsseldorf once again this year, following such a strong debut in 2025. Germany is a key market for padel, and last year’s event clearly highlighted the strong connection with fans and the momentum behind the sport in the country,” said David Serrahima, Deputy CEO of Premier Padel.
The City of Düsseldorf is also looking forward to hosting the event again: “The Premier Padel tournament positioned Düsseldorf exceptionally well on the international stage last year and demonstrated the strong interest in this dynamic sport. We are delighted to once again host this special event in 2026 and continue this success story together,” said Burkhard Hintzsche, City Director State Capital Düsseldorf.
